On March 14, 2017, the Organization & Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) approved the following for Eileen P. Drake, the Company’s CEO and President: (i) fiscal 2017 annual base salary of $728,000, effective March 25, 2017; (ii) fiscal 2017 long term incentive compensation target percentage of 200%; and (iii) fiscal 2017 short term incentive compensation target percentage of 50%.
