On August 24, 2018, Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (the "Company") issued a news release reporting that the Board of Directors of the Company had declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share in respect of the Company’s ClassA Common Stock. The dividend was declared on August 23, 2018 and is payable on September 17, 2018 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 7, 2018.
