(the “Company”) that he has decided not to stand for re-election to the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company at the 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2017 Annual Meeting”), but will serve out his remaining term which will expire immediately prior to the 2017 Annual Meeting.
