On October31, 2017, the United States Court of Federal Claims (COFC) entered judgment in favor of the U.S. Government and AAR Airlift Group,Inc., upholding the award of the Worldwide Aviation Support Services (WASS) contract by the U.S. Department of State to AAR Airlift and dismissing the protest filed by incumbent DynCorp International. AAR Airlift is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AAR CORP. (NYSE: AIR).

AAR CORP. issued a press release announcing the COFC decision on November1, 2017, a copy of which is filed as Exhibit99.1 to this Current Report on Form8-K.
